RATES:

POOL HEAT & JACUZZI HEAT (AS WELL AS NORMAL CLEANING FEES) ARE  ALWAYS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEES. WITH OUR HOUSE THERE ARE NEVER ANY HIDDEN COSTS!

Year-round, except July/August/Holidays:$1225-1475/week (£922-1110/week)

July/August/Holidays:  $1450-1575/week (£1092-1186/week)

Christmas/New Years/Easter: $1575-2125/week (£1186-1600/week)

 Prices in Pounds include sales tax, prices in Dollars are exclusive of sales tax.

(9th/10th guest $50/£35ea./week supplement)

TERMS:

$/£ 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your reservation. $300/£200 refundable security deposit as well as full cost for rental due 75 days prior to your visit.  Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
